SANITATION
We welcome your questions and will address your concerns concisely and openly. We adhere to following standards for your safety:
- We sanitize and disinfect all reusable tools in accordance with state regulations and the industry’s best practices.
- We have cleaning protocols required by the state and recommended by the manufacturer. We apply safety procedures after every client, at the end of every day, and once a week.
- We clean our hands prior to each service and ask you to do the same.
- We use clean towels for each client.
- We take steps to minimize your exposure to odor, vapors, and the filing dust in the salon.
PROFESSIONALISM
We take pride in our professionalism.
- Our licenses are up-to-date and displayed at the salon.
- We will evaluate your nail condition before your service and refer you to a physician if indicated. Be sure to let us know if you have any health condition like diabetes, open cuts, or skin irritations that might affect your service.
- We make recommendations for at-home maintenance of your nails. We hope you understand your own role in keeping your nails in healthy and attractive condition.
POLICY
- We try our best to meet your expectation. However, mistakes can happen occasionally. Please let us know before leaving the salon if you faced any difficulties or discomforts while getting your service.
- We request you to turn off your phone while you are in our spa to ensure the comfort of other guests.
- Children under 11 years old are not encouraged in the salon due to safety reasons. We are not responsible for any accident occurring to the children while you are having your service.
- Food and beverages are not allowed at the service station.
- Please reschedule your appointment if you are 10 minutes late as we try to ensure enough time for your service.
- We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items at our salon.

This pedicure comes with mineral soak, nail shaping, cuticle removal, callus treatment, lotion massage, hot towel, and the application of polish.
This pedicure comes with cooling mud mask for pain & ache relief, hot stone massage and hot towel.

This deluxe pedicure comes with a complete callus treatment, a natural and organic way to pamper your feet. It is designed not only for foot care but for relaxation and healing purposes, and to help carry you through days in an environmentally safe way. This pedicure comes with Pearl Dreams, Lavender Honey, Citrus Lemongrass, Eucalyptus Spearmint, Milk Honey, Cucumber Aloe, and more.

This pedicure is specially designed to meet the men’s needs. Break the gender binaries and get yourself a relaxing pedicure with us. It includes all the steps of classic pedicure and complete callus treatment. This comes with deeper massage, hot stone, hot towel, and relaxing with organic treatment.
These treatments include a foot soak, gentle exfoliation with a scrub gel, and mask mixed with real herbs. Starts with nail i’shaping and trimming, cuticle care, massage with essential oil, hot stone, and hot towel, hydration with a lotion, and finishes ‘with the polish of your choice.

MANICURE
Relax while we soak and reshape your nails, remove your cuticles, give you a lotion massage, and apply polish to your nails
This is a deep moisturizing manicure made with Collagen & Vitamin E. The Collagen is applied as a dual-layered mask to provide deep penetration and moisturization to the skin. It is time-saving as the tips of the masks are pre-cut which is easily removable and provides UV protection since the masks are made with a micro-thin dual layered material which protects from 99% of UV rays.
This service comes with a Classic Manicure with your choice of a gel polish or a Shellac polish that cures in a LED light and lasts up to 14 days
